The GCUF Entry Test is mandatory for admission to all undergraduate programs. The Government College University Faisalabad 1st Entry Test Result 2025 has been officially announced on July 3rd, 2025, for the test conducted on June 28 & 29, 2025. BS applicants can appear in either the HEC-USAT or the GCUF Entry Test, and must score at least 50% to qualify. For Fine Arts, an additional aptitude test is required, conducted by the concerned department. For LLB admissions, the HEC LAT Test is compulsory and must be passed before the admission deadline. Applicants for BS Electrical Engineering and B.E. Tech programs must have completed FSc (Pre-Engineering/Pre-Medical/ICS) or a relevant DAE. These programs require a minimum of 33% marks in the entry test, as per NTC regulations, either through GCUF or a recognized body.

The GCUF Entry Test Result 2025 is now available online at gcuf.edu.pk. For undergraduate admissions, candidates must meet specific eligibility criteria. A minimum of 60% marks in FSc/A-Level or equivalent is required for programs like Pharm-D, Human Nutrition & Dietetics, DPT, MLT, Radiography, OT Technology, Orthotics & Prosthetics, and BS Electrical Engineering. For B.E. Tech (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Chemical) and BS programs in CS, IT, SE, Data Science, Data Analytics, and Bioinformatics, at least 50% marks are needed. Admissions are based on merit, calculated as 10% matric marks and 90% intermediate marks. Students who passed their exams in 1st year (Annual 2024) or completed intermediate in 2024 or 2025 are eligible for morning and replica programs. Those who passed before 2024 are also allowed to apply.

The GCUF Admission Test Syllabus 2025 for all undergraduate programs (except Fine Arts & Design and Electrical Engineering & Technology) includes English, Islamiat/Ethics, Pakistan Studies, and General Knowledge.
For BFA programs (Textile Design, Graphic Design, Fashion Design, Visual Arts), candidates must take an Aptitude Test, which is the primary requirement for admission. Students will be given a printed task and must draw the relevant environment on the provided sheet.
